A home is not square footage. A home is the specific sound of a door at 6:15 and someone losing their entire composure about it.
Every newly built unit will be dog-permitting by default. Any building that says "no pets" may keep saying it, but it will pay into the Department of Companionship at a rate I will determine by feel. Inspections quarterly.
I am told this will not fix supply. I am told a great many things. I have never once been told them by someone with a dog on their lap.
